Disenchantment

As quickly as counter-culture rose it fell just as fast, much to due with its wide berth of membership, disorganization, and lack of cohesive message. Playboy reflected this not only in its articles, but in its guests. It was clear near the end of the 1960s and beginning of the 1970s that the movements weren't making the headway they wanted.
